INSTRUMENT AND CONSTRUCTION


Consists of a cylindrical SS chamber with dimensions as per the standard with a purge hole at the bottom connected to a Acrylic body rotameter with needle valve to control and monitor the inert gas flow rate. The inlet pressure is monitored manually/automatically. The top lid is of SS with ceramic wool insulation, wooden handle.The system is supplied with a single step ramping controller with appropriate sensor to attain a heating rate of 100C to 400C per min.
