* Two zone furnace, Heating zone from 100mm to 250mm (EACH ZONE )

* Gap between two zones 100mm

* Microprocessor based PID controller, with LED Display, shows both Process and Set values.

* Heating element is installed throughout the outer surface of the tube for fast and uniform heating.

* Both Vertical and Horizontal models available as per customer requirement and use.

* Table Top Models with Inbuilt / Separate control box.

* High density Ceramic wool insulation.

* Outer Body M.S Powder coated

* Various Tube sizes 50mm to 90mm ID available,OR as per customer requirements (Standard ID 50 / 70mm dia.)

* Programmable, Auto tuning, Precise Control, with 4 x 16 steps programing ( OPTIONAL)

* Thyristor based control instead of SSR for higher control precision and reduced power consumption. (OPTIONAL ).

* Maximum Temperature up to 1100°C

* Control Accuracy : ± 5°C or 2%

* Thermocouple : K type

* Operation on 230V Single Phase, 50 Hz, AC Mains.
