DESCRIPTION AND CONSTRUCTION


WATER BATH :


* Inner of SS 304


* Outer Body powder coated CR sheet,


* Microprocessor based PID temperature controller,


* Motorised bath stirrer (TEFC motor)


* Sample Stirrer variable speed PMDC motor


* SS heaters to maintain a uniform temperature.


* Temp. Range : Amb. To 70°C;


* Accuracy: + 0.2°C;


* Resolution : 0.1°C


* Complete with a Bath cover with provision to hold test beakers.


* Supplied with Manufacturer’s calibration certificate traceable to NPL,


and user manual.

TEST SYSTEM

It is constructed to perform simultaneous tests with duplicates. Supplied complete with Test specimens, Glass beakers with PTFE covers to hold the specimen. The S.S. stirrers held by chucks are driven by a geared variable speed PMDC motor of 1000 + 50 RPM.





The complete system is housed within a sturdy steel frame, elegantly powder coated. The drive motor and the gear assembly is housed on the top.
