As per AMS-2474D & MIL –DTL-5541F standards for testing of electrical resistance of coated substrates.

Consisting of
a. A hyrdopneumatic loading frame with copper electrodes to sandwich the test panel at a
pre-determined load of 200psi. The load is sensed and controlled.
b. A high accuracy Micro Ohm meter to measure the resistance offered by the panel at the
specified load
c. A USB based Data acquasation system to record both load and resistance with time
stamp.
