‘CI’ Pull-Off Adhesion Tester – BASIC


Digital Pull-Off Adhesion Tester is a high precision digital pull-off type


adhesion/bond strength testing/measuring instrument for of all types of films,coatings, laminates, adhesives, metals plastic coatings, concrete coats, mortars and plasters.Digital Pull-Off Adhesion Tester is a very handy, easy to use, hydraulic adhesion tester that applies an increasing pull off force to a dolly adhered to the surface under test using a hydraulic hand pump. The adhesion testing equipment has self-aligning head for ensuring the pull off force is always applied 90º to the coating even on uneven surfaces. The self-adjusting results in


accurate and reproducible test results.


Results obtained are in Mpa or psi. The test is performed after the adhesive is cured and bonds the dolly perpendicular to the surface of the coating. The dolly is attached to the loading fixture and aligned to apply tension perpendicular to the test surface. The force applied is gradually increased and until either the dolly detaches from the substrate, or a specified value is reached.
