DESCRIPTION AND CONSTRUCTION:


A hemispherical needle of 1mm dia, is fixed to the loading arm.Max. panel size: 75mm x 150mm x 1mm thickness, is placed.The arm is lowered gradually and then pulled linearly.

MOTORIZED SCRATCH :


A hemispherical needle of 1mm dia, is fixed to the loading arm.Max. panel size: 75mm x 150mm x 1mm thickness, is placed.The arm is lowered gradually, on moving the toggle switch the sample is


automatically pulled linearly. The movement stops automatically and


the arm rises up. On reversing the toggle switch the panel comes back to its home position. Depending on the load applied varying depth of penetration into the coating is observed. If the coating is completely removed, and the bare metal comes in contact with the needle, buzzer and light indication is seen.
